Job Title: Marketing Manager (Ethical)

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for ethical pharmaceutical products.
- Identify target markets and create marketing plans to meet organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Campaign Management:
- Design and execute promotional campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Plan and organize medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide HCPs with product information, scientific data, and support materials to enhance their understanding and usage of ethical products.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to obtain necessary approvals for marketing materials and campaigns.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on marketing performance and opportunities for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and medical affairs, to drive product success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in marketing ethical pharmaceutical products.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ethical marketing practices.
