Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Office Assistant located in Abuja, Nigeria.
- The Business Office Assistant will perform various administrative tasks including office administration, accounting support, communications, customer service, upkeep and office maintenance, and general administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
- This position will report into the Executive Assistant & Project Manager at ARO.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Basic Accounting skills and familiarity with financial procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a clinical research or healthcare environment is a plus.
