Job Title: Business Office Assistant

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-time

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Office Assistant located in Abuja, Nigeria.
  • The Business Office Assistant will perform various administrative tasks including office administration, accounting support, communications, customer service, upkeep and office maintenance, and general administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
  • This position will report into the Executive Assistant & Project Manager at ARO.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Basic Accounting skills and familiarity with financial procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a clinical research or healthcare environment is a plus.
