DKT International is a social marketing organization whose core mission is the provision of safe and affordable options for family planning and HIV prevention.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Ethical)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for ethical pharmaceutical products.
  • Identify target markets and create marketing plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute promotional campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Plan and organize medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide HCPs with product information, scientific data, and support materials to enhance their understanding and usage of ethical products.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to obtain necessary approvals for marketing materials and campaigns.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on marketing performance and opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and medical affairs, to drive product success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in marketing ethical pharmaceutical products.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ethical marketing practices.
